Needed to thread a 130mm allen bolt to get the speedo to mount flush with the triple clamp. Found those from wiseguys bolts http://stores.ebay.com/wiseguybolts on ebay. They have awesome stuff. Plus it took about a month to find brass washers from a guy closing his hardware store.
What speedo is that?
